The Zanesville Times Recorder reported that after an odor complaint was received by the Ohio EPA on December 29, they conducted odor monitoring and found violations. It informed the company that it must provide documentations of the steps it has taken to correct the issue. Failure to comply could result in fines of $10,000 per day.
