Citizens for Clean Fruitland Air getting involved regarding odors from Dickenson Frozen Foods

We previously blogged that the ongoing noxious odors had been so bad that Dickenson Frozen Foods in Fruitland Idaho was cited with an ordinance violation, which is currently pending. A flyer that went out to the citizens of Fruitland Idaho, regarding the noxious odors that residents have been enduring for the last 3 years. It was signed by Kirk Redlin, Jim and Jan Mitchell, Linda Wilson, Mike and Kim Hanigan, Pat Ann, Daniel Leavitt and John Sandquist.

Administrative actions taken by local regulatory entities, in general, do not compensate residents for the loss of use and enjoyment of their property caused by the odor nuisance. While I do not currently represent anyone Idaho, I do represent hundreds of similarly situated people around the country in odor nuisance litigation.
