Greatfallstribune.com published a story about a major civil court trial in Cascade County court in Great Falls Montana. The case involves a local plaintiff who alleges negligence on the part of Ford Motor Co., Firestone tires, and Pete's Auto which caused tire tread separation and a rollover vehicle accident. One of the attorneys in the case said that the tire tread separated due to inferior design of the tire on the part of Firestone Tire, poor design of a 1989 Ford Bronco II on the part of Ford and the fact that the Pete’s Autos sold the Bronco with four mismatched tires.
