Trib Live is reporting that at a recent commissioner's meeting, citizens came forward to say they want the state Department of Environmental Resources to put their mobile lab on the site of the landfill to monitor the odors. We previously blogged that the Pennsylvania DEP has also detected the odors at the Westmoreland Waste Sanitary Landfill, also known by residents as the Sanitary Landfill.

I do not currently represent anyone at this site. However, I have a national practice and represent hundreds of similarly situated people around the country in various odor nuisance and environmental litigation against landfills.
