WHIOTV.com is reporting that after enduring horrible odors at their homes for over a decade, residents in Jefferson Township, Ohio are calling on the government to shut down a waste water treatment plant known as Clean Water Limited, which used to be known as PermaFix. At a recent meeting, residents learned that equipment was installed and used without getting permits and approval beforehand. The Neighborhood Environmental Committee has a hotline set up for this site and gets between 15 to 30 complaints each month.
