The Milford Times reports that a letter from a Milford, Nebraska citizen expressing concerns about continued odors affecting residents when the landfill intends to expand, was enough for the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality to hold a public meeting. The meeting will be held on May 15. We previously blogged that residents have complained that the odors are "stomach wrenching" and want the facility to shut down if it can't abate the odors.

While I do not currently represent anyone in Nebraska, I have a national practice and represent hundreds of similarly situated people around the country, in various landfill and environmental litigation.
