The Trenton Patch reported that after a complaint call from a resident and a letter from the city administrator to the county for assistance, The County Department of Public Services inspected and issued noncompliance for odor violations against the Riverview Landfill. We have previously blogged that the number of complaints by residents have grown in the past few months.

While I do not currently represent anyone in Trenton, New Jersey, I have a national practice and represent hundreds of similarly situated people around the country, including the east coast, in various landfill and environmental litigation.
