The Los Alamitos-Seal Beach Patch is reporting that a monitoring well used in connection with a Chevron gas station in Seal Beach, California has been declared a public nuisance. The city council declared it a nuisance recently, following damage to the street that occurred in July after an environmental engineering firm injected hydrogen peroxide into a monitoring well. That caused damage to the street including cracked sidewalks and making the area dangerous for residents.

I do not currently represent anyone at this site. I have represented over a thousand similarly situated people around the country in various nuisance cases. To find out how The Simon Law Firm can help, contact environmental attorney Todd Hageman.
