A jury recently returned a $3 million gross verdict to a passenger injured while operating a Kawasaki jet ski. The passenger sued Kawasaki, alleging that the jet ski was not suitably designed for two persons to ride safely due to its lack of a raised rear or sculpted seat or other device in order to prevent passengers from falling off. She was seriously injured, including severe body cavity injuries.
