A passenger in a 2006 Ford Grand Marquis LS recently settled her case for a confidential sum. The passenger sued Ford, asserting that the seatbelt improperly went slack during a rollover, and that the glass in the car windows was tempered, not laminated, which allowed her to be ejected from the vehicle. The passenger was rendered quadriplegic.
