On September 19, Earthworks published a scathing article against government
regulators and the shale oil industry, detailing the toxic pollution of
Karnes County and how residents' complaints of horrible odors and
symptoms from the odors fell on deaf ears. However, the pollution was
so dangerous that the regulators evacuated themselves!
Not only can hydraulic fracking cause odors so bad that you can't enjoy your own home, it can affect your drinking water, and it can affect your property values.
We will keep an eye on this for developments. To find out if The Simon Law Firm can help with a landfill litigation case or a hydraulic fracturing case, contact environmental lawyer Todd Hageman.
