Douglas County, Oregon Landfill odors will be inspected by Department of Environmental Quality

KPIC-TV reports that The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has proposed a strategy to deal with foul odors from facilities receiving high number of odor complaints including the Douglas County Landfill. Tom Manton with Douglas County Public Works says the bad smells may have to do with the landfill location.
