DEP Official Touring Crow Lane Landfill

The Daily News Online reports that the Commissioner of the Massachusetts DEP will be touring the landfill and will meet with concerned area residents.

We have been writing about the landfill in Newburyport, Massachusetts. The odors coming from the Crow Lane Landfill not only cause health issues such as burning and itchy eyes, nausea and headaches, they also hinder the enjoyment of one's property. Further they violate multiple local and state environmental regulations.

We will keep an eye on this for developments. While we do not represent anyone at this site, we do represent residents living around the nearby Bourne Landfill who are experiencing similar problems and are investigating on their behalf. We also represent hundreds of similarly situated people around the country in various landfill and environmental litigation.
