County working to decrease offsite odors from the Ada County Landfill in Boise, Idaho

Ada County, Idaho, who owns the Ada County Landfill, is working to control the noxious odors from decomposing trash that is permeating into surrounding neighborhoods. However, residents are continuing to suffer. Most recently the county created a computer app that would make it easier for residents to report odors.
