Community meeting to be held to discuss residential odor complaints in Waukegan, Illinois

The Lake County News-Sun is reporting that the Mayor of Waukegan has called a community meeting on October 18 to address the growing number of residential odor complaints. The odors are coming from the Nu-Earth Organics composting facility.
