Tim Grochocinski is a member of The Simon Law Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice focuses on patent litigation and other complex commercial and consumer law matters.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and he earned his law degree at Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Editorial Board for the Saint Louis University Law Journal and the Saint Louis University Trial Team.

Tim is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, Western District of Missouri, Southern District of Illinois, Western District of Wisconsin, Eastern District of Michigan, Eastern District of Texas and the Federal Circuit.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis, and the Illinois State Bar Association.

Tim is also the author of Intellectual Property in the Workplace in the 2009 Employment Law Update (Aspen Law & Business ,2009), Exploring Emerging Issues at the Intersection of Intellectual Property (Aspen Law & Business, 2010) and Social Media: The Next Generation of Employment Law Issues (Aspen Law & Business, 2011).

Tim was named Up & Coming Lawyers by Missouri Lawyers Media in 2010.
