Stephanie concentrates her practice on class action, consumer law, and intellectual property claims. Recent class action matters include environmental contamination, employment discrimination, and unfair business practices. She has represented numerous clients in complex civil matters. Stephanie’s litigation experience includes all phases of civil litigation, from investigating and initiating lawsuits through trial and appeal. She has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Stephanie is a talented researcher and writer, having submitted briefs to the Missouri Supreme Court, the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals.
While in law school, Stephanie served as a legal intern with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, assisting clients with public benefits claims and drafting estate plans. She also interned with the Disability Rights Center of Kansas, a public interest advocacy group, conducting research related to guardianship issues and artificial nutrition and hydration.
Stephanie graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2008, where she obtained certificates in health law and health care ethics. As a law student, she served as a student editor for Health Care Ethics USA. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis with a major in psychology and minors in music and legal studies. While at Washington University, Stephanie engaged in numerous laboratory research projects including in the areas of plant genetics and cognitive psychology.
She is licensed to practice law in Missouri and New York and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri and in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the American Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the St. Thomas More Society of St. Louis. In addition, Stephanie is a violinist with the Town & Country Symphony Orchestra.
