Stephanie H. To joined The Simon Law Firm as a Law Clerk in June, 2007. She graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law in May, 2008, receiving a J.D., Health Law Certificate and Health Care Ethics Certificate. Stephanie is licensed to practice law in the States of Missouri and New York and is admitted in the U.S. District Court of Missouri. She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, BAMSL and the ABA.

Stephanie works primarily on class action and intellectual property claims.

She is a talented researcher and writer and has significantly contributed to important legal filings, including briefs submitted to the Missouri Supreme Court, the Missouri Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also takes an active role in trial preparation.

From June 2006 to May 2007, Stephanie served as a Legal Intern with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Special Projects Unit, St. Louis, Missouri. As a Legal Intern, she assisted attorneys on cases regarding public benefits claims, estate documents and housing law for clients with HIV/AIDS and she drafted memoranda on Social Security Disability and Medicaid issues.

Prior to attending law school, Stephanie attended Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, May 2005, with minors in Music & Legal Studies.
